New Boat Ramp and Fishing Platform

6cb159a6d43e2066f5997d0e_590x442A new boat ramp and fishing platform will be built on the Surry River at Narrawong, near Portland, thanks to funding from recreational fishing licence fees.
The Narrawong Recreation and Reserve Committee will manage the $70,000 project, which is one of 17 announced recently worth more than $1.1 million.
Improving angler access will contribute to the State Government’s Target One Million plan that aims to get more people fishing, more often.
