Check the Size Limit

Fishers are reminded to immediately return fish which don’t meet Queensland’s legal size limits back into the water unharmed.

A recreational fisher was fined $243 when Queensland Boating and Fisheries Patrol found him in possession of 12 undersize tailor at Schultz Canal in Brisbane.

The minimum size limit for tailor is 35 cm, with a possession limit per person of 20.
