Bumper Bass Stocking Season

This week DPI Staff from Port Stephens released the last bass produced from this year’s record stocking season, with 429,000 Australian Bass stocked into impoundments around NSW.

This year the team travelled about 10,000 km to release this fantastic Australian sportfish into 32 impoundments including Glenbawn, Lostock and Pejar dams as well as Lake Wallace, Lyell, Yarrunga and many more….

Exciting times ahead for keen bass fishers!
